Epic Henry V rehearsals

We're into our second week of rehearsals for Henry V and our magnificent cast have really risen to the challenge of this epic play. Scenes covered so far are stirring, hilarious, tear jerking and shocking in turn – and that was just the first twenty pages!

We're being helped particularly by Appletree's newly enlarged rehearsal space – light, airy and well heated. We've even used their kitchen facilities for a scene of domestic disharmony in Mistress Quickly's kitchen with Nym, Bardolph and Pistol (as pictured).

Henry V is the gripping story, full of action and political manoeuvring, exuberant and funny, disturbing and dark. We're performing at Ludlow Brewery who've converted a lovely old railway shed into a wonderful venue. The dates are Thursday 19th, Friday 20th, Saturday 21st, Tuesday 24th, Wednesday 25th, Thursday 26th and Friday 27th February 2015. Performances will begin at 7.30pm.

Tickets - £13 full price and £11 for students and under 18s - are being sold by Ludlow Assembly Rooms and are available online, by phone or in person from the Assembly Rooms at 1 Mill Street, Ludlow, SY8 1AZ.

We hope that you will join us again for a rousing experience in Ludlow Brewery. Click on the button below to be taken to the online box office.
